Admission Requirements

• Five (5) O'Level Credits including English and Mathematics.
• Completed application form (ND or Certificate).
• Recent passport photograph (2 copies).
• Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age.
• Valid means of identification (NIN, Voter’s Card, ID Card, etc).

How to Apply

1. Download or fill the appropriate form online (ND or Certificate).
2. Submit completed form with required documents to the registry office or via email.
3. Pay application and screening fees as directed.
4. Await admission notification or check the list online.
